Comprised of the following territories: Mille-Isles (M), Morin-Heights (M), Saint-Sauveur (P), Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts (VL), Sainte-Adèle (V), Sainte-Marguerite-Esterel (V), Wentworth (CT), Wentworth Nord (M).
Also comprised of the municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge bounded by: the boundaries of the municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, the Canadian Pacific railroad tracks, the boundaries of the City of Calumet and the Ottawa River.
Peter MacLaurin
Commissioner
Elected in 1998 / Re-elected by acclamation in November 2007
Peter MacLaurin is a retired teacher formerly at the Montreal Oral School for the Deaf. He holds a B.A. in Education from Sir George Williams University and a Diploma in Special Education from McGill University.
Married with two grown children and long time resident of Morin Heights, Mr. MacLaurin has served as a municipal councillor, a member of the town planning committee, and as chairman of Canada Day celebrations. In addition, Peter has been a member of the Board of Governors of Tragalgar School for Girls and the Montreal Oral School for the Deaf. He is also an active member of Montreal Westward Rotary.
