Safety and security have always been a priority for the Council of Commissioners of the SWLSB, which is how the TEL-JEUNES partnership came about a few years back. TEL-JEUNES is a confidential telephone and Internet counselling service whose mission is to provide high-quality social support services to Quebec's youth.
As a result of this partnership, TEL-JEUNES now offers free bilingual services through their telephone centre, self-help forums and group development programs, in-school workshops and through its bilingual Web site.
