world in the most natural of settings and to be able to integrate
all areas of the curriculum easily in an exciting and stimulating

For

• making a reservation
• hiring a bus
• distributing and collecting permission forms and health
forms
• planning the personnel you will want to bring
• deciding if you will plan and do the meals yourself of whether
you will hire a/our caterer
• planning schedules involving travel time and the general
plan of the day(s): activities such as curriculum choices, recreation,
rest time, meals, bed time
• planning the activities and deciding what to do oneself
and whether to hire animators from the site for some activities;
choosing a theme around which to plan integrated activities is a
good idea
• making a list of materials needed for activities
• giving a What to Bring List
(that we provide) to the students of what to bring
• grouping the students for different chores and activities
