	During the school year 2006 2007, each student will have the opportunity to visit the library at least one time per week for a 45-minute period. The students in Grades K-5 benefit from a story time, along with computer and listening center time. The students in all grades are invited on many occasions to participate in art/decoration contests. At the end of the year, students who have not forgotten their library books during the course of year will be invited to a special lunch. Two Scholastic Book Fairs are held in November and May/June. The money raised at these fairs goes directly to the purchase of new books for our library. Between the money received from a government grant and money raised by our Book Fairs we hope to increase our book selection by another 1000 new books. As of September 2006, we have 11850 books registered in our library.
