Community Service at MTJHS

At MTJHS, we encourage students to give back to their community. This is why we have implemented a community service program for our school. This program is held by the Geography, History and Citizenship teachers in secondary 1 and by the Ethics and Religious Culture teacher in secondary 2.

What do we expect of students?

Sec 1: 15 hours of volunteering

Sec 2: 30 hours of volunteering

How can students volunteer?

At school: Students can volunteer in the school by contacting any staff member.

In an SWLSB elementary school: Students can vounteer in an elementary school by contacting Mr. Dominic Di Stefano, Community animator.

In their community: Students can volunteer in their community for any non-profit organization.
