Welcome

From as young as I can remember, I  wanted to be a teacher. I used to make up "school work" and "teach" my brother and sister in our basement. Everything was set up in a little area and it included real school desks for my two "students".

Today I continue to enjoy the teaching experience. I graduated with a Bachelors of Education from McGill University in 1990. Over the years I have taught a variety of ages and grade levels. I have been employed by the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board since 1998.

This year I am teaching  Grades 2 (Language Arts and Math) and Grade 1 (Math). I intend to post information, web sites and activities that will be of use in the classroom and for use as home support.
