Contacting a Teacher
An easy and
efficient way to have a teacher call you is to write a
note in your child’s agenda ,if possible.

Report
Cards
The school year
is devised into three terms only this year. Term one
ends Nov 13th ,term two will end March 12th
, and term three will end June 23rd.
As the report
card is a generic template provided by the school board,
it includes eight columns to accommodate schools who
devised their school year into four terms per year
,hence eight terms by the end of the two-year cycle.
Consequently, in your child’s report card you will see
that the column identified term 5 for the second year of
every cycle will be left empty.
Student Led Conferences
Students work
very hard preparing for this evening and it is a time to
show their parents what they have accomplished so far.
Please make an effort to come and visit your Childs
class and teacher on these specific days.
