PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
1. In accordance with section 286 of the Education Act, that the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board will present the 2020-2021 financial statements and external auditor’s report at the regular meeting of the Council of Commissioners to be held on November 24, 2021, at 19:30 hours, in the boardroom of the Administrative Centre of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board, 235, montée Lesage, Rosemère (Québec), and via videoconference.
A summary of the 2020-2021 Financial Statements will be available on the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board website at www.swlauriersb.qc.ca no later than November 15, 2021.
2. In accordance with section 220.1 of the Education Act, that the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board will present the 2020-2021 Annual Report at the regular meeting of the Council of Commissioners to be held on January 26, 2022, at 19:30 hours, in the boardroom of the Administrative Centre of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board and via videoconference.
Both meetings will be broadcast online. Members of the public who wish to attend the meetings at a distance can do so on the following website: http://bit.ly/swlsbcouncil. The procedures for asking questions at these meetings can be found on the school board’s website at www.swlauriersb.qc.ca under the Governance menu, under Council of Commissioners. Due to COVID-19, no members of the public may attend these meetings at the Administrative Centre.
