Due to renovations in our archive storage facility, processing delays may occur between June and September 2026.
Files dated after 2015 will remain easily accessible and should not be significantly affected. However, access to files dated before 2015 may be delayed during this period, resulting in longer processing times.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are being completed.

If you are requesting a copy of report cards for studies completed at the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board within the last three years, please contact the school directly. Click here for our school directory.
Report cards issued more than three years ago and attestation letters
If you wish to obtain a copy of report cards issued more than three years ago or an attestation letter, you must complete the form below. Please note that an attestation letter indicates which school or schools you attended as a student of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board as well as the specific school years.
For all requests, you must provide a proof of identity to be uploaded with the form below. Please note that once your identification has been verified, the copy of your ID card will be securely shred.
