Rosemère, February 22, 2024 – The Council of Commissioners of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board (SWLSB), is pleased to announce the publication of its 2022-2023 Annual Report. The report was officially submitted to the Ministry of Education (MEQ) today, following its adoption by the Council of Commissioners during the regular meeting held last night, February 21.
Chairperson Paolo Galati extended his congratulations to all members of the SWLSB community for contributing to another successful year. The annual report highlights the achievements and progress of our schools, centres, staff, and students over the past school year. It reflects our continuous commitment to providing high-quality English public education in both rural and urban areas within the Laval-Laurentides-Lanaudière regions.

With a workforce of more than 2,000 employees, the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board is the third-largest English school board in Québec and boasts a graduation rate of 88.3%. Its territory comprises the administrative regions of Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière. The school board provides preschool, elementary, secondary, adult education and, vocational training services to over 14,000 students in 35 schools and 4 centres.
